a. Information You Provide

Newsletter Subscription: When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. We use a double opt-in process, so you must confirm your subscription request after providing your email.

Contact Us: When you send us a message via our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and any other information you provide in the form.

Book a Call: Our booking link takes you to a Notion-hosted page with a Notion Calendar scheduling link. If you schedule a call, Notion processes the information you provide to arrange it; we use your booking details to prepare for and conduct the call.

b. Automatically Collected Information

Website Logging: Cloudflare records logs for requests handled by our Website’s server-side code. These logs may include request details, such as the requested URL. We use them to operate and troubleshoot the Website.

Analytics: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page views and Website performance. This analytics service does not use cookies or collect visitors’ personal data.

Form Protection: When you submit a contact or newsletter form, we use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify the request and your IP address to limit repeated submissions. We send your IP address and the verification token to Cloudflare for verification.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Cloudflare provides our Website infrastructure, analytics, form protection, and email sending; Google Workspace receives contact form messages; GitHub hosts Website source code and newsletter content; and Notion hosts our booking page and provides call scheduling.

We retain personal information as needed to provide our services or comply with legal obligations. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, we retain your email address with an unsubscribed status in our subscriber database to record your choice.
