AI made building fast.
It did not make it safe or sustainable.

  • “I built an MVP with AI, but it isn't ready for real, paying customers.”

  • “My first enterprise customer is ready to pay for our product, but I'm afraid it won't pass due diligence.”

  • “I have no idea how to make my product compliant with SOC2/ISO27001/GDPR/etc.”

  • “My product keeps breaking in production. My customers are frustrated and ready to leave.”

  • “It takes much longer to ship new features for our product with AI than it used to.”

  • “I've had to rebuild my product with AI three times. It's distracting me from solving my customers' complaints.”

You don’t have to solve these problems alone. We’ve helped clients through them before, and we can do the same for you.

“Running CaseClock as a solo founder only works because I’m not actually doing it alone. Steadily gives me a real product and engineering team I can lean on when I hit something blocking or need another set of eyes on an important technical decision, and they built the foundation that has allowed me to move incredibly quickly with AI tools on top of it.”

The Proof

Hear from the founders and tech leads we've worked with:

nymble delivers expert-in-the-loop, AI-powered obesity care, built by doctors and a solo tech lead.

Situation

The product had a proven AI workflow, but its architecture and deployments were fragile, and not ready to scale in regulated healthcare.

What Steadily Did

Rebuilt the product’s foundation: scalable architecture, reproducible infrastructure, clear documentation. Steadily also worked with the CEO to develop nymble's product roadmap and execution strategy.

Outcome

nymble’s solo tech lead now independently evolves the product with AI, by building new features and deploying them to production in new markets.

“We'd built an AI workflow that proved what was possible, but the architecture around it was not ready for the compliance demands of healthcare. Steadily rebuilt the foundations, made our deployments reproducible, and gave our tech lead a system he can now evolve and deploy independently with AI.”

CaseClock is an AI-powered billing product for lawyers, built and run by a solo, AI-fluent founder.

Situation

The product was an inherited, intern-built codebase that was not production-ready.

What Steadily Did

Salvaged the parts worth keeping, rebuilt the rest on a modern stack, and shipped the first production release. Steadily now acts as the product execution team alongside the founder.

Outcome

A solo founder ships production software for law firms, with Steadily as the engineering depth behind him.

“CaseClock started with a student-built MVP that proved the concept, but it needed a substantial rebuild before I was comfortable putting it in front of law firms. Steadily came in, figured out what was worth keeping, rebuilt what needed to be rebuilt, and got us onto a secure, production-ready foundation that we could actually release to customers.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I need Steadily when I have Claude, Codex, Cursor, or another AI coding tool?

Out of the box, AI coding tools are great at building prototypes. It takes much more work to make an agent consistently build and evolve a reliable, compliant product that is ready for paying customers.

Steadily gives you the engineering judgement and direction that an AI coding tool cannot provide on its own. We help you establish the foundations, tools, and practices your team and agents need to ship sellable, reliable software consistently.

Will I become dependent on Steadily?

No. We deliver all our work to your repository, document what we do, and host walkthrough sessions with your team to transfer knowledge.

Our engagements are fixed-cost and run month to month, with no long-term commitment. You can scale our involvement up or down as your needs change.

Will your work be compatible with my AI coding agents?

Yes. We deliver our work as code, CLI tools, and Markdown skills or documentation that your agents can use directly.

Our work is compatible with closed-source and open-source coding agents, including Claude, Codex, Cursor, and Pi (among others). It does not depend on Steadily’s servers or require ongoing licence fees. We are a service provider, not a SaaS company.

How is this different from hiring a full-time engineering team?

It depends on your situation. For very lean teams, Steadily often acts as the de facto engineering team. For larger organizations, we embed alongside in-house engineers to add expertise and increase delivery capacity.

Compared with hiring in-house, Steadily offers three practical advantages:

  1. A faster start: Finding the right hire can take months. Steadily can start in as little as two weeks.
  2. No long-term commitment: An in-house team cannot easily be scaled back. Our engagements run month to month, so you can scale up or down as your needs change.
  3. Broader expertise: One hire brings one person’s perspective. Working with Steadily gives you access to the insight of our entire engineering team.
Are engagements SR&ED and IRAP eligible?

Our engagements can be structured to be compatible with SR&ED and IRAP requirements.

We cannot determine whether your company or project is eligible. Eligibility depends on your circumstances, so you should confirm it with your accountant or grant advisor.

Do you write code, or only advise?

We do both.

AI Delivery Advisory gives your team assurance that it is building on sound engineering principles. We review important decisions and help your team develop a more reliable, sustainable approach to building products with AI.

AI Delivery Partnership includes all the benefits of Advisory, with Steadily’s engineers also writing code and building alongside your team. This helps you ship faster while benefiting from the execution and judgement of an experienced engineering team.

Are you experienced with DevOps, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud?

Yes. We routinely deploy products to Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Cloudflare, DigitalOcean, and Hetzner.

We advocate for strong DevOps and reliability practices, including reproducible development environments, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and monitoring. DevOps work can be included in an AI Delivery Partnership engagement.

How can I evaluate whether Steadily is a good fit for my team?

Start with a Codebase Health Check. It helps you understand whether your product is ready for paying customers without committing to a rebuild or a longer engagement.

The Health Check has a fixed scope, a fixed fee, and no long-term obligation.

How quickly can you start?

We typically need two weeks’ notice. If you need us to start sooner, send us a message , and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Whom will I work with?

Steadily is owner-operated. Our founder, Dhruv Dang, is your primary point of contact and oversees all work we deliver.

We assign engineers based on the experience and skills your codebase and project require. We are not a hiring agency and do not source engineers for individual projects. Our engineers are part of our in-house team and have passed our thorough hiring process.

Who are your investors?

Steadily has no outside investors. The company is wholly owned by its founder, Dhruv Dang, and financed entirely through customer engagements.
